TOM A. WIESE - President 
Tom has 38 years of research experience involving over 2,000 studies covering a wide range of industries and almost every imaginable type of research. The perspective he brings to a project based on this experience makes him an invaluable resource for every project WRA undertakes. Tom is actively involved with all Project Directors and consults with each project team. 

GARY L. LORENZEN, Ph.D. - Executive Vice President
Gary joined WRA 24 years ago bringing with him 10 years of prior experience as an industrial psychologist in business and industry. Gary is a rare Ph.D. who can blend academic competencies with practical business applications. In addition to being WRA’s lead statistician and consultant on research design, Gary works directly with many key clients. He holds special expertise in the lodging and hospitality industries, utilities and manufacturing industries, and the pharmaceutical industry. 

CATHY J. MORRISSEY - Vice President - Research Services
Prior to joining WRA 22 years ago, Cathy gained her practical research background, after earning her MBA, coordinating all research for a midwestern advertising agency. Today, Cathy is responsible for managing WRA’s staff of research analysts in addition to working directly with key clients as Project Director. Her experience includes designing studies and analyzing results for clients in advertising, communications, financial services, insurance, and other industries. 

MARY K. ARKFELD - Vice President – Administration
Mary has been with WRA nearly since its inception. Over the past 27 years, she has been responsible for the financials and has organized and coordinated project workflows. Today Mary also handles all of WRA’s sampling using a variety of state-of-the-art list sources.

RITA WINTERSCHEIDT - Vice President – Operations
Rita began 17 years ago with WRA as an interviewer and quickly demonstrated a superb ability to motivate those around her and to organize complex project workloads. She is one of those people who brings enthusiasm and a positive “can do” attitude to every challenge. After serving as an interviewing supervisor and coordinator for all of WRA’s field operations, today Rita is responsible for coordinating all of WRA’s production functions including interviewing, coding, data processing and word processing. 

JULIE A. SMITH - Project Director/Senior Research Analyst
Julie brings 18 years of experience to research projects. Since joining WRA in 1989, Julie has been involved in hundreds of studies conducted by WRA for financial organizations, hospitals and healthcare organizations, the cable TV and communications industry, service and retail industries as well as advertising/consulting organizations. From needs assessment and questionnaire development to analysis of results and report writing, Julie works directly with key clients in managing their projects at WRA.
